15.9% Year on Year Growth For VOW Furniture
VOW’s furniture division has had an impressive start to 2015, with 15.9% year on year growth, 300 lines added to its offering and fill rates of 96.6%.
With over 1,100 lines now available on next day delivery, furniture business development manager Matt Allaby points out the difference this is making to VOW partners and resellers:

As VOW’s Furniture BDMs for the North and South, Brian Banks and I have got 40 years plus experience in design, installation and dealerships and we’re working extensively with resellers to make sure they benefit from this. Whether the need is design, delivery, installation or a huge next day order, we have the infrastructure to fully support this.
The business is currently managing nearly 1,000 items and over 300 orders each day, so to achieve a nearly 97% fill rate, with these kind of stock and order levels, is impressive.
VOW’s ranges are competitively priced, go from entry level to high quality and include UK manufactured product. With damages down at a respectably low 0.86% we are tangibly showing resellers that they can rely on us. Our full service package includes next day delivery, and design and installation services, with dedicated fitting teams across the country. Our furniture customer services team means resellers are fully supported from initial enquiry through to post installation.
We’re helping to reduce resellers’ purchasing routes and supporting them as they expand their commercial furniture offering.
