Green Light Focus Sessions Announced
With Green Light due to take place in just under 10 days, on 2nd December at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, VOW has announced details about the focus sessions taking place at the event.
In addition to the morning’s keynote speakers, Green Light will have a concise timetable of focus sessions in the afternoon to give delegates valuable takeaways from the event. Sessions will cover Google Analytics and AdWords by Matt Trimmer, Work Shouldn’t Hurt by Charlie Wallis at ACCO and Immediate Memory Transformation by David Thomas.
Matt Trimmer is the Principal Consultant and Managing Director of ivantage, a leading provider of hands-on, in depth and detailed training for digital professionals. He is listed on Google.com with only 14 others authorised to train exclusively for Google’s Seminars Success programme. Today, he is one of the world’s leading experts in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Engine Optimisation and Digital Marketing. Delegates can expect to learn more about Google Analytics and AdWords and how they can apply these digital marketing tools to their businesses.
The health and wellbeing of employees in the workplace is top of the agenda for forward thinking companies. In research conducted by ACCO Brands, nearly half of office workers expressed an interest in products specifically aimed at improving their health and wellbeing, representing significant new business and revenue opportunities for office products resellers. This session by ACCO’s Strategic Account Manager Charlie Wallis will arm delegates with the knowledge to boost sales of desktop and individual workspace solutions.
David suffered a dreadful childhood at the hands of his alcoholic mother and physically abusive stepfather. He went off the rails at 16 getting into trouble with the police and was expelled from school. He joined the Fire Service at 20. Aged 27, he bought a book on memory to help him pass his exams and has since gone on to develop one of the most powerful memories in history! David will share his strategies with delegates during this fantastic session at Green Light. The session is interactive, lots of fun and it will prove delegates have a fabulous memory – even before they have left the room.
There will also be a special focus session for HP attended partners giving an overview of the likely changes that are to be implemented next year. This session will be held by Gilly Blackburn, VOW’s Technology Category Director.
