Green Light To Showcase ‘VOW IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE’, Keynote Speakers Announced
VOW’s Green Light event will showcase the very first ‘VOW Immersive Experience’, which aims to capture the imagination with a conceptualised display of workplace environments. Held at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole on 2nd December, Green Light will also consist of a vibrant exhibition to showcase new products and innovations from suppliers.
In line with this year’s theme of ‘Transformation is Now’, the ‘VOW Immersive Experience’ or VIE will form part of the main exhibition and is designed to demonstrate new category and product ideas to drive sales growth, while aptly paving the way to further one to one interaction with suppliers in the exhibition hall.
The VOW Immersive Experience
VIE’s showroom-style layout will feature reception, washroom, kitchen, office, meeting room and classroom environments with products relevant to each area.
Heather McManus, VOW’s Commercial and Marketing Director, explains, ‘VIE is about engaging and encouraging reseller delegates to think differently about how to maximise their sales opportunities. We’ve designed the experience to be inspiring and animated to help generate ideas for the year ahead. This experience will complement interaction with suppliers at Green Light and generate some valuable takeaways for resellers.”
The event will kick off with a packed agenda of content and keynote speakers. Anthony Stears, ‘The Telephone Assassin’, Geoff Ramm, ‘Celebrity Service’ and Ruth Marshall-Johnson from The Future Laboratory are confirmed keynote speakers for the day.
Anthony will get businesses talking again and stop people from hiding behind their emails and social media – helping clients to get in front of more of their ideal customers and getting more business from their existing customers. Anthony shows businesses how to transform their sales by elevating customer service to a whole new level. The session will cover how to avoid rejection, get past the gatekeeper, perfect a pitch and quickly build rapport over the phone.
Packed with ideas and stories, Geoff will challenge delegates to think smarter and create better, leaving them with the mindset to continually stay ahead of the competition. Delegates can prepare to be entertained, energised and enlightened on a journey of memorable customer service and marketing ideas with Geoff Ramm’s lively ‘Celebrity Service’ keynote speech. He will take the unusual approach of asking ‘what would you do if your next client was a famous celebrity?’ Geoff will outline what is different about Celebrity Service and arm delegates with different techniques for them to apply in their own business and open up new opportunities.
Ruth from The Future Laboratory will discuss key workplace trends sharing insight into what is driving transformation in the workplace, including how Digital Mindsets, Bleisure, the New Worker and Womanomics are having an influence. Ruth will explain why it is important to embrace new forms of workplace flexibility and use highly visual communication to cut across all divides of the workforce. Practical examples and an “Innovator’s Toolkit” will be shared on the day to enable delegates to respond to the impact of these trends on their businesses.
VOW’s Managing Director Adrian Butler will start the day with a business update which will include VOW’s strategy and focus areas for 2017. Delegates will also be able to attend a selection of 30 minute seminars in the afternoon, details of which will be released in due course.
