Headroom Announces Web Analytics Training Workshops
Digital experts from EVO Group’s marketing services agency Headroom will be showcasing the benefits of web analytics at two workshops this autumn.
Resellers new to or interested in using web analytics are encouraged to register for the sessions in London on 10th September and Sheffield on 17th September. These workshops will look at the analytics software available and explain how analytics can help to understand customer behaviour online as well as drive conversions and sales.
Following Headroom’s successful social media workshops, these new workshops will be invaluable to any resellers wanting to make the most of their website, according to Headroom’s head of online Darren Mack:
“Web analytics are usually the most undervalued and underused, yet essential, tool within reach of every website owner. They are key to everything as they show whether a website and any online activities are working or not. As well as telling you how many visits your site is getting, they tell you where your visitors have come from, what pages they are visiting and how long they are spending there.
“This information is essential but far too many website owners simply don’t access it or use it. Once they do understand it they can use it to improve and build their web presence, attract the quality and quantity of customers they need and drive sales. I’d suggest that it’s in all resellers’ interests to understand and use web analytics as well as they possibly can.”
