VOW has launched its schedule of VOW Venture exclusive training events for 2017, which will take place in Leeds, London and Solihull. Following on from the successful training events held in previous years, VOW has further reshaped the programme to not only include insightful product training across all categories, but now also include valuable sales training.

Following the resounding success of his keynote speech and workshop session at VOW’s Green Light event in December, Anthony Stears aka ‘The Telephone Assassin’ will be providing a three hour Training Academy in the afternoon for all attending delegates. This session aims to change the way delegates think about picking up the phone and will look at the importance of telephone etiquette and how to get permission to speak, while providing a call structure to follow and some techniques to keep delegates in control of their calls. Anthony’s training will complement the morning’s product training sessions and the agenda has been set to motivate resellers and their teams to successfully drive their sales. A full follow up and debrief programme will also be provided to each delegate.

Similar to previous events, 2017’s training days will also offer unique opportunities to engage and interact with leading industry vendors across different categories. Practical breakout sessions with the suppliers will equip resellers’ sales teams with product knowledge and any new trends that they can benefit from.

We’re very much looking forward to kicking off the event calendar with the first event in Leeds on 6th April.”

The cost to attend each event is £30 + VAT per delegate and all VOW Venture customers are eligible to attend any of the events.
