VOW Makes Further Investment In Resellers’ Growth For 2014
VOW is delighted to announce the appointment of Joe Walker to the role of Head of Reseller Training & Development to support the launch of Aspire, a new training and development programme for reseller sales teams and sales management.
Helen Beckett, Business Development Director comments: “The development of our resellers’ sales teams is fundamental to their growth and therefore a key element of the ongoing support offered via the VOW+ programme. Working with our resellers for a number of months to research the requirement for training and development, it is apparent that we need to offer more than just a standard suite of generic sales training modules.
“Bringing Joe into the VOW team will allow us to offer not only an enhanced training and development modular programme but also gives us the flexibility to offer unique one to one training and mentoring for resellers’ sales teams and principals, be it in a central location or at the reseller’s premises, tailoring the offer to the reseller’s exact requirements.
“Joe’s experience within the OP industry, coupled with his recent experience as a senior consultant for On-Track International, delivering sales training into Barclays Bank, HSBC and Britvic, to name a few, makes him the ideal addition to the VOW+ team.”

Joe will be joining the VOW team in January 2014, and VOW plans to launch the detail of the new programme at the Partner conference on 6th March.
